STIR is seeking a furniture enthusiast who likes working in a fun, fast pace, professional environment, possessing a sense of humor.  The perfect candidate is a spatial thinker who is nimble and can problem solve at a moment’s notice when direction or deadlines change quickly on a daily basis.  Works well under pressure, prioritizing tasks to meet ever changing customer requests.  Candidate needs to be thorough, detail oriented, with excellent verbal and written skills.  This position requires a quick learner who is honest, authentic, highly organized, who likes working with numbers and repetitive tasks.

An energetic team player who can work independently in a small office environment, being self-directed, focusing on customer service skills and likes talking with clients to build trusting relationships.  Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.  Knowledge of Cap 2020 Worksheet a plus, but not required.  The ability to become educated on our furniture lines to provide daily quotes to customers is essential.

Studio manager responsibilities include:

– Organizing all office operations and procedures
– Providing product quotes to clients
– Receiving, reviewing and filing acknowledgements from manufacturers
-Reconciling commission statements
– Sales Tracking
– Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
– Welcoming clients and visitors
– Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
– Simply – having fun with the STIR team while enjoying all the contract furniture world has to offer
